Our programme fees cover matching, profile coordination, programme administration, compliance follow-up and ongoing support provided by Au Pair Office throughout the placement.
Depending on the au pair’s country of origin, additional third-party costs may apply, such as government contributions, DHL courier services and sending agency fees. These costs will be charged separately within your Au Pair Office invoice(s) for full transparency.
Where applicable, additional services such as insurance and travel arrangements are invoiced separately by the respective service provider.

*Fees are VAT exclusive. For full-service and short-term placements, support services are included within the package.
