Are you a student in Psychology or Human Resources – or simply someone passionate about people and cultural exchange? Are you between 21 and 30 years old and looking to earn extra while doing meaningful work?
If you speak fluent English and some Dutch (French or Spanish is a bonus) and have a genuine interest in the au pair experience, we’d love to hear from you!
Your profile:
- Fluent in English
- Good Dutch (French or Spanish is a plus)
- Genuine interest with au pairing and cultural exchange
- Ideally a former au pair or exchange student
- Based in Belgium or the Netherlands (preferably Belgium)
- Independent, structured, and a warm communicator
Your responsibilities:
- Support au pairs via phone and video calls
- Join our monthly coffee calls (once a month)
- Write clear reports of intake and follow-up conversations
- Offer practical support and guidance (all legal/admin is handled by HQ)
- Be a kind, reliable, and professional contact person for young people far from home
- Work remotely – no need to come into the office
